PITCHIQ
YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy, in plain language.

What PitchIQ collects, why it is used, and the choices you have.

Effective August 13, 2026

Information we collect

PitchIQ stores anonymous game activity such as game opens, starts, completions, replays, limited game settings, and event times. It does not store typed game answers or build advertising profiles.

It stores correction reports and Contact-form details you choose to submit, including your name, email, and message. The private owner dashboard uses authenticated user identity only to restrict administrator access. Your browser may store tutorials, best scores, preferences, and an active Football Grid locally so play can resume.

How information is used

We use it to run the games, improve gameplay, correct football data, respond to messages, secure the owner dashboard, and maintain the site. PitchIQ does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Storage and retention

Site records are stored in the hosting platform's managed database. Browser-local data remains until you clear it. During private beta, site records are retained while they are needed to operate, secure, review, and improve PitchIQ; a formal deletion schedule is required before broad public launch.

Hosting and your rights

OpenAI hosts this private beta and may process information to provide, secure, and support the service. Depending on applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a copy of submitted personal information through Contact by choosing Privacy.

Security and updates

Please do not submit sensitive personal information. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online service is completely secure. This notice changes if PitchIQ's practices materially change.
